PORTFOLIO BOOKLET
My portfolio is the set form of print and online. Becuase of the cost, I designed a small and portable porfolio booklet. The cover to the back is the process of "eye's open and closed", which means a thinking process of mine in these years.
ARTZINE CHINA-PERSONAL PROJECT
ArtZineChina, a new portal offering information and news about Chinese contemporary art.
My aim is to make a small and portable booklet that sum up the main information on the website. It can be put in the art museums, galleries and so on. The booklet will contain four parts: artists, ideas, news and calendars. The contents randomly pick up the typical information on the website in this volume. The booklet is low cost and easy to carry, and the bookmark is designed as direct response ad.
DOUBLED SIDED BOOKMARK
I design a double sized bookmark accompanied with the Booklet as a form of AD. It also can be considered as a direct response mail. As most people did at the certain time, the book mark will not seriously be placed square footedly, so that inspired me to put organization information like website, address both on the top and bottom, and you can leave the comments or booking information on the bookmark and send it back to the organization. You can get the information no matter you turn over the bookmark at anytimeParagraph.
The Body Shop Helen Bamber Foundation Project
The idea of a women being a puppet on strings outlines the idea that she has no control over her destiny. Her life is in someone else’s hands, and that are the traffickers we ignore. We need to sever her ties. Our poster will use the sinister image of a girl posing as a puppet. Her puppet pose will represent the shackles that bind her into such a horrific trade. The control held other these women will also be shown by using a puppeteers cross that is invisible because everyone ignores the issue.The opposite page of the double spread will feature a red curtain that has been pulled back to reveal the tagline and fine copy.
